📈 2. Sales & Marketing Executive

We are looking for candidates who:

✅ Communicate clearly and professionally with customers

Technical Support candidates should preferably have:

• Basic knowledge of Windows, computer hardware and networking
• Experience installing and troubleshooting
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to explain technical matters to non-technical users

Sales & Marketing candidates should preferably have:

• Interest in ICT products, software and digital solutions
• Good presentation, communication and customer-service skills
• Confidence in approaching and following up with customers
• Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing
• Willingness to learn the company’s products and solutions

📢 E-Invoice Update (Phase 4 Businesses)

For businesses with annual sales of RM1 million – RM5 million:

1️⃣ An additional 12-month transition period has been granted
→ Now extended until 31 December 2027

2️⃣ Total transition period: 2026 – 2027 (2 years)

3️⃣ Consolidated e-Invoices are allowed
→ Applicable for both Sales and Self-Billed transactions

4️⃣ No penalties will be imposed during the transition period
→ Provided that submissions are made in accordance with requirements

📌 This transition period is intended to support businesses in adapting to e-Invoicing requirements. Early preparation is still encouraged to ensure smooth compliance.
