BUKO PIE (Filipino Coconut Pie) 🥧

- is a traditional Filipino baked pastry that features a flaky, buttery crust filled with a creamy, custard-like mixture and tender strips of young coconut (known locally as buko)

You can eat both warm or cold 🔥❄️

Creamy milky custard filling creating an ultra-comforting, melt-in-your-mouth dessert.

❄️ Chilled / Cold
Gives the custard a firm, set texture (similar to cheesecake). It makes the tender young coconut strips wonderfully chewy and the entire slice incredibly refreshing in tropical weather.
