Customer travelled all the way from Thailand looking for something different. Something that stands out, performs better, and suits his driving style.

Initially, the plan was a quad projector build, but after studying the headlamp structure carefully, we decided not to force a setup that would compromise the overall quality and reliability of the build.

Instead, we presented our flagship TIR LED Projector paired with a dedicated High Beam Pod 30watt + combo DRL and Signal.

This combination is built for a GTI that spends plenty of time on the highway.

End of the day, before long weekend start. A Toyota Fortuner dropped by for a headlight upgrade.
The young boss recently got a new assignment — regular outstation trips all the way to Kuantan. When your office become a car at highway at 11pm, good lighting is no longer a luxury, it's a necessity.

After discussing his requirements, we presented our trusted KUS flagship TIR LED projector system. Plenty of TIR projectors are available in the market today, but not all are built the same. This setup has proven itself on countless vehicles, from Audi, Mercedes-Benz, BMW and many more.

Audi Q7 drop in for headlight refurbish + performance upgrade.

Factory headlight already aging — lens clarity drop, internal reflector wear, light output no longer at optimum level. Customer complaint simple: night driving no confidence anymore.

We dismantle, inspect, refurbish and upgrade the lighting system to bring back proper road visibility and safer night travelling performance.

Just before Hari Raya Haji holiday season, many cars preparing for long distance balik kampung journey. Heavy traffic + rainy season + late night highway driving… headlight performance matters more than people think.

Kia K3 dropped in for a proper headlight upgrade.

The most challenging part of this project wasn’t the lighting itself — it was the bracket system.

The original setup is difficult to intercept and modify, and there’s no proper aftermarket upgrade kit available for this platform.

So once again, we engineered it in-house.
Custom-built precision bracket, measured and fabricated for true 1:1 PNP fitting. No messy cutting, no compromise alignment, no shortcut work.

After the bracket solution was settled… the rest became easy.

Customer collected the car on time and left with a smile — and that’s always the best ending for a project like this.
