📣📣 Pengambilan baru jawatan Pembantu Kedai untuk cawangan Puchong kami.

➡️ Tanggungjawab
- mengira dan semak stok fizikal semasa penghantaran daripada pembekal.
- susun dan mengatur barangan fizikal mengikut arahan.
- Menjaga kebersihan dan kekemasan outlet
- mengimbas, menerima bayaran daripada pelanggan dan bungkus barang dengan baik
- Memastikan harga dan label barangan adalah betul
- Semak transaksi bersama dengan pelanggan (termasuk bertukaran barangan, resit, bayaran balik)
- Proses dan periksa keadaan barang pemulangan.
➡️ Bahasa pertuturan
- Bahasa Malaysia dengan komunikasi bahasa Inggeris asas
➡️ Gaji bulanan
RM1,500 - RM1,800, bergantung pada pengalaman.
➡️ PM/whatsapp untuk pertanyaan.

We are looking for Retail Sales Representative for our Puchong outlet.

Responsibilities:

- Scan goods, collect payments from customers and pack item nicely
- Ensure goods pricing and label is correct
- Check transactions with customers (including change, receipts, refunds)
- Count and ensure correct amount of money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of working hours.
- Make sales referrals, cross-sell products and introduce product via social media. eg. Facebook live, Youtube
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
- Process returns and check return items condition.
- Polite communication and greeting to customer to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain outlet cleanliness and tidy

Report to:

- Outlet manager

Language:

- Bahasa Malaysia with basic English communication
