遲交屋索償程序

戴先生來信指出，他向發展商購買了一間雙層排屋，但發展商卻遲交屋 12 個月，他問：

1.能否向房屋仲裁庭起訴發展商，以及如何辦理手續？
2.請提供房屋仲裁庭的地址或電郵，以及如何獲得上訴表格？
----------------------------------------------------------------

答：
發展商遲交屋，如果沒有按買賣合約例明的條文賠償購屋者，購屋者可以上房屋仲裁庭提出索償申請。

首先要準備一封索償信，然後交給發展商，再向房屋仲裁庭索取表格 1（BorangSatu），可以從房屋仲裁庭及其他相關組織的網址下載：這些網址分別是：www.kpkt.gov.my/tribunal /
http://www.hba.org.my。

除了索取上述表格，欲提出索償者尚需準備的資料包括買賣合約、交屋日期、遲交屋天數等等。
