wing Terms and Conditions. Thanks for being a part of our tennis community. B. PAYMENT TERMS
1. Based on the agreed schedule all Sessions and/or Packages are to be paid by direct transfer into the bank account.
2. Packages with scheduled one Session weekly are to be paid at least two Sessions in advance (i.e. before last two sessions in the current package).
3. Packages with scheduled two or more Sessions weekly are to be paid at least one Session in advance.
4. One-off Sessions are to be paid at least two days in advance before the Sessions are scheduled
5. If the next Package is scheduled to begin with a delay due to student's absence and/or unavailability in order to guarantee the timing allocation and Sessions' frequency the booking payment of 70% is required, while the reminder shall be paid at least two days before the first Session of the Package.
6. All Sessions and/or Packages purchased are non-refundable. C. CANCELLATIONS
Every cancellation must be made as follow, otherwise the Session will be assumed as realized and charged at the normal rate:
1. For Session scheduled to start before 12 noon: Session needs to be cancelled no later than 8 pm the evening before.
2. For Session scheduled to start after 12 noon: Session needs to be cancelled no later than 8 am the same day.
3. For no-show longer than 15 minutes from the Session scheduled commencement time, according to the Coach's watch the particular Session is assumed to be completed. D. SESSIONS & PACKAGES
1. Once your Session's and/or Package's time and dates are confirmed, a court booking is secured for you.
2. We advise you to make sure the agreed schedule would be followed.
3. The 4 and 6 hours Packages have a validity of 1 month from the first scheduled Session.
4. The 10-hours Packages have a validity of 2 months from the first scheduled Session.
5. Initial Assessment Session and one-off Sessions have validity of 10 days from the scheduled date of the Session. E. WEATHER CONDITIONS
1. All Sessions will be re-arranged in the event of rain, haze (air pollution), courts condition or any other nature-caused conditions effectively preventing safe Coaching. Should we decide to do this, you will be notified via phone, text, messenger, or email as soon as possible before the start of the Session.
2. If due to rain or other conditions tennis court becomes unsuitable for coaching of the Session time, according to the Coach's watch and assessment, the Session will be:
a. charged as full and assumed as realized Session if the said condition occurs after 50% or more minutes of the scheduled Session time. b. assumed as cancelled and rescheduled at no cost if the said conditions occur before 50% or less minutes of the scheduled Session time.
3. We have a right to cancel a scheduled Session before start time, based on our judgement of the local weather forecast, court conditions, etc., in such case the next Session is due as per the agreed schedule.
4. All decisions pertaining the above can only be issued by the Coach and are deemed to be final. F. PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO IMAGES
We may from time to time take photographs and/or video clips of players during Tennis Sessions and events. We further acknowledge and agree that these photographs may be used in our marketing material including leaflets, posters, the website and on our social media pages. Usage is without compensation or notice. If you do not give permission for you or your child/ren to be photographed or videoed, please notify us via email or message. G. PRIVACY POLICY
The data collected from you will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any third party for any reason whatsoever, without your consent. The email address and mobile phone number/s you provide may be used by us to send you information, respond to inquiries and/or other requests or questions. H. GENERAL & MISCELLANEOUS
1. We conduct Tennis Sessions in the northern part of Penang Island.
2. Every Session lasts 60 (sixty) minutes including all breaks, preparations, and warm-ups.
3. It is highly recommended to provide yourself/ your child with the appropriate amount of quality drinkable liquids for the duration of the session.
4. We encourage all parents not to enter the court while your child is having his/her Session. This enables both the Coach and child to fully concentrate on the Session, create independence for the child, promote the child's decision-making skills and build the Coach-child relationship.
5. We will, to the best of our ability, promptly communicate with you with respect to schedule preparation, made changes and alternations, weather conditions, payments, etc. and will appreciate the same from you as well.
6. It would be highly appreciated if Client\Student inform us with reasonable advance of any planned breaks, holidays etc.
7. Different condo managements may have their own set of policies for Tennis Sessions conducted at their premises, so you are encouraged to check with the condo management before engaging a Tennis Coach to conduct Sessions at their condo tennis courts and make sure to book the court according to the schedule agreed with us.
8. We may change or update these Terms and Conditions/ Privacy Policy from time to time. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review our Terms and Conditions periodically and become aware of modifications.
