Completed my last paper yesterday in Energy Value Chain. Maka, berakhirlah perjalanan-ku sebagai seorang pelajar.

MBA in Energy Management Universiti Teknologi Petronas - Main Page ✅ God willing will seal it with desired CGPA.

It has been a hectic journey but it’s all WORTH IT. Bukan senang, untuk senang.

May God grant me the fire within to keep striving, learning & achieving!

Tapi Tuhan dah aturkan semua cantik.🥹

Dapat diterbangkan ke lebih 15+ negara untuk bekerja,dari Asia, Europe, USA hingga ke benua Afrika!

So adik-adik yang baru habis SPM, para ibu-bapa. Tak dapat overseas, local U pun takpa, yang penting kejar ilmu & usaha!

Selebih tu, Tuhan yang uruskan & doa ibu bapakmu jugak💙

During his 6 years as Prime Minister, Tun Abdullah Ahmad Badawi made significant contributions to Malaysia’s social and economic development. He was a leader who believed in humility and collaboration — famously saying, “Work with me, not for me.” (Kerja dengan saya, bukan untuk saya)

I’m grateful to have had the honour of receiving my scroll from Tun during my graduation at UTP. A brief but meaningful encounter — his humble and genuine smile still stays with me, as I simply said, “Thank you, Tun.” ☺️

9 advices for the twenty something’s:

1️⃣Try everything you can, from travelling solo to scuba diving to bungee jumping to baking class. But do it one at a time.

2️⃣Start learning to do things alone. If you always wait for other people, you will miss out A LOT!

3️⃣Talk to people. Put your phone away. Really talk and indulge in the conversation. Sometimes, it’s that one people you met that change your life entirely.

4️⃣Say yes to OPPORTUNITIES. If you fail, you have plenty of time ahead of you to make amend. Most of the things you regret are the things you didn’t do…

5️⃣If you’re exhausted by someone then stop hanging out with them. Preserve your energy for something useful and set boundaries.

6️⃣Be the person you’re searching for. Talk less, more action. Like attract like. That’s how you attract people you want to have.

7️⃣Make new friends. Put yourself out there. Join mission calling, join conference, join any workshop. Explore the world.

8️⃣Being single is luxury. Travel, enjoy your quiet time. Unwind. Reflect. Don’t waste time with the wrong person.

9️⃣Start SAVING as young as your twenties. You can embrace the YOLO concept but always leave some portion for the later, learn to BALANCE. Your retirement may seem far off but 20’s is your prime time, you’re healthy and have all the freedom, do side hustle, invest, diversify your source of income. The earlier you start, the less financial strain you’ll face later. 🔥

Take the last one seriously. Setuju dak? 👍🏻

Belated Hari Keamatan! Kotobian Tadau Tagazo Do Kaamatan. 🌾Soooo good to be back in Sabah! When I was assigned to work in Sabah, people always thought I’m Sabahan. Blend in so well! 😀”Kamu ni Kadazan Sino ba kan?” Ya, saya. Ecececehh.🌝

Things I like about Sabah:
✅Some of my best sunsets are seen in Sabah, especially Kota Kinabalu. One of a kind and it’s really not that hard to get color ala-ala twilight, cotton candy skies. Nak healing healing, bulih pergi Tanjung Aru Beach 2, where we shot the gambar sini. It’s very much empty on weekday and peaceful!

✅Sabah is land of racial harmony, which consists of 32 official recognised ethnic group and eighty local dialects. Wohooo! 🎉 Some of the main tribes include Kadazandusun, Bajau, Rungus, Murut dan banyak lagi. The baju that I’m wearing here belong to Kadazan Dusun. You can see all kind of people sitting at the kopitiam on one table.

✅Beautiful landscape in Sabah. Mau healing di atas bukit—Kundasang, Kokol Hills ada. Mau berenang di Gaya Island bulih kalau di KK lah. Kalau mau laut yang cantik sikit, haaa pergi la Semporna. So many outdoor activities and water adventures for you to do in Sabah. Kiulu White Water Rafting was one of the best!

Not sure why it takes me so lama to finally wear the traditional clothes. Dulu selalu di offshore ba 🌊 masa Pesta Keamatan. Tak pernah sampai KDCA tu. 😂 If you’re looking to make/rent traditional clothes, contact mydearshop.kk, area Penampang.

To all the Fresh Grad and Young Professional,

Never settle for the money in the first 5 years of your career. Why? Money won’t last once you get RETRENCHED but the experience that you gained and skillset that you garnered will STAY with you, no matter which company/industry you’re with.

Do more and learn as much as possible about the entire ecosystem of the business/industry/field instead of doing just enough on what you’re assigned to. If you’re in Drilling, you take initiative to learn about Production and Downstream too? If you’re in Sales, you try to learn a wee bit about the Operation too.

Not only the technical expertise but also the soft skills—negotiation, accountability, leadership and definitely communication skills! Become an emcee, organise an event,lead a group in teambuilding. And it’s important to grasp skills that sometimes do not related to you now—Fintech, HR, supply chain, data analytical which you might need it later.

Never feel comfortable and confident about your job security. Why I need to save money? Why can’t I splurge on my car? No matter how big the company you are in is, one day when they feel they are not making money in that instance , they will get rid of you, no matter how good you are. It’s painful but I have seen that many times!

When that day comes, the other skills you have indirectly practiced will be the only tangible assets you have.

Be smart and venture into what matters the most for your future.
