🌿 Strengthening Collaboration 🌿

We are pleased to announce that ICELIn 2026 was recently highlighted during a courtesy visit by Enforcement, Leadership and Management University (ELMU) to Forest Department Sarawak (FDS)

The visit reflect a shared commitment to strengthening collaboration in enforcement, governance, and environmental sustainability, while also sharing insights on the 1st International Conference on Enforcement, Law & Integrity 2026 (ICELIn 2026) which will be held in Kuching from 12-14 August 2026.

The Forest Department Sarawak is strengthening collaboration with the Enforcement, Leadership and Management University to boost enforcement, training and sustainable forest management efforts.

11th Dec 2025 - The newly formalised MoU between ELMU University and the Sarawak Forest Department marks another strategic step forward as ICELIN prepares to host the 1st International Conference on Enforcement, Law and Integrity (ICELIN 2026).

As ELMU’s flagship institute for enforcement innovation and leadership development, ICELIN continues to expand its national influence through high-impact partnerships, specialised training, and research that address emerging enforcement challenges.

Through this collaboration with the Sarawak Forest Department, ICELIN will:
• Lead targeted upskilling programmes for forest enforcement officers
• Strengthen multi-agency collaboration across Sarawak, Sabah and Peninsular Malaysia
• Integrate modern technologies, updated legislation and contemporary enforcement strategies
• Build the foundation for knowledge-sharing platforms that culminate in ICELIN 2026

The momentum generated through this MoU further positions ICELIN as a critical driver in shaping Malaysia’s enforcement landscape — and sets the stage for ICELIN 2026, where global experts, practitioners and academics will converge to discuss integrity, enforcement capability, and sustainable governance.

ICELIN 2026 will serve as a landmark platform for advancing thought leadership, research excellence, and policy innovation in the enforcement sector.
