Our fastest planning and ex*****on to date. from the very first phone call with Kak Vie , to conceptual planning, sourcing fresh blooms, design refinement and full ex*****on. All was completed within just three days.

Designed around the client’s favourite hue ( blue) , this setup was thoughtfully curated using what was possible within a limited timeframe, while ensuring every element blended seamlessly with the home’s existing interior. The intention was clear : to avoid a ballroom-like stiffness, and instead preserve the soul and identity of the house.

Layered florals, soft drapery, organic movement and a quirky restrained palette came together to create something deeply rooted, intimate and meaningful. A celebration that was designed for a refined circle of just 30 guests, a gathering of the couple’s most special persons. Every element was scaled to feel intentional and personal, allowing each presence to be felt, each blessing to linger. The sense of grandeur emerged not through excess, but through balance and emotional proximity, where intimacy itself became the ultimate luxury.

At Regalia Weddings, we believe the most beautiful setups don’t overpower a space, they honour it. A quiet testament to what can be created when trust meets intention.
