在健康的日常规律中，孩子不只需要学习和完成任务，也需要有时间去停下来、自己选择、玩耍，单纯地做回孩子。

而在这段自由时间里，孩子的内在其实会发生很多事情。

他们会学习：
如何选择自己想做的事，
如何和朋友相处，
如何等待、协商、分享，
如何处理小小的冲突，
如何面对无聊，
如何表达自己的需要，
也如何在没有大人一直安排的情况下，慢慢找到自己的节奏。

自由时间不是什么都没发生。

很多时候，真正的社交、情绪调节、想象力、独立思考和自我管理，就在这些看似简单的时刻里慢慢发生。

该专注的时候专注。
该玩的时候尽情玩。
身体需要休息的时候，就好好休息。

🌱 有节奏、有平衡的日常，不只是教孩子如何学习，也是在帮助他们慢慢学会认识自己、管理自己，并与别人一起生活。

In a healthy daily routine, children need time not only to study and complete tasks, but also to pause, choose, play and simply be children.

And during this free time, so much is happening within the child.

They are learning:
how to make choices,
how to connect with friends,
how to wait, negotiate and share,
how to manage small conflicts,
how to cope with boredom,
how to express their needs,
and how to find their own rhythm without adults constantly directing them.

Free time does not mean nothing is happening.

Very often, social skills, emotional regulation, imagination, independence and self-management are quietly developing in these simple moments.

Focus when it is time to focus.
Play when it is time to play.
Rest when the body needs rest.

🌱 A balanced daily rhythm helps children not only learn how to study, but also how to understand themselves, manage themselves and live well with others.
