We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Customer Service to join our growing team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Provide accurate information about products and services
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain good relationships with customers
Requirements:
✅Able to speak and understand Chinese (Mandarin is an advantage)
✅Minimum 1 year of working experience in customer service
✅Good communication and interpersonal skills
✅Responsible, polite, and able to work in a team
