Dear customers,
Please kindly spend a few minutes to read the following Terms and Conditions before placing your order, this is to avoid any misunderstandings and disputes. Estimated arrival time for PRE-ORDER products are 10 – 28 days after receiving the full payment. In the event that the product you ordered is out of stock or shipment delayed under certain circumstances, we hope that you can be patience and we will keep you informed via e-mail.
3. Please note that we do not have closure time for most PRE-ORDERS, it is subject to stocks availability and end of Seasons, meaning the PRE-ORDER for Spring/Summer 2011 Collection will be closed with the arrival of Fall/Winter Collection 2011 and so on.
4. Please note that from time to time certain collections that features in our site may have a closing date for PRE-ORDERS. In this case, we will keep you inform on the starting and closing date of such collections.
5. All prices stated in the site are the best price and is not negotiable. Please note that prices quoted in this site is RINGGIT MALAYSIA.
6. All products listed are brand new, styles are 100% Genuine design (we don’t do replica) and are imported from the brands, so the products that you will be receiving when shopping with Alla Moda will be the exact same style which undergone the same Q.C. like the ones that the models are wearing for their photo shooting session All items are thoroughly inspected before delivery.
7. We apology that currently we do not offer return for refund/exchange. All goods sold are not exchangeable or refundable. Please consider carefully before making your order. You will be able to make your selection based on the available color(s) and sizes(s) (refer the measurement give on each style) for each individual product. The model will be showcasing the exact color and styles that you will be receiving when ordering with Alla Moda since all our styles are directly supplied by the brands.
8. In the event that product you purchase is out of stocks after you have made your full payment, you may choose other items as a replacement, or keep the balance for your future order or you may arrange for a refund. Arrangement for FULL REFUND will be made directly into your bank account.
9. If you are placing an order from outside of Malaysia, please note that customs and import duties may be applicable depending on your country. However, it is your sole responsibility if the import duties incurred. Therefore, it may be a good idea for you to check for the import procedure with your local authority. Please do not hesitate to drop us a mail if you need further information, we will get back to you within 24 hours.
