DIGITAL MARKETING & SALES SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities
• Manage and update company social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other digital channels.
• Prepare marketing content such as posters, social media posts, reels, videos and property project updates.
• Assist in planning and running online marketing campaigns to generate sales enquiries and leads.
• Manage and update property portal listings to ensure all project information is accurate and up to date.
• Respond to basic online enquiries and coordinate leads with the sales team.
• Record, monitor and update customer enquiries and sales leads in the database.
• Prepare simple reports on marketing performance, enquiries and lead tracking.
• Assist in preparing brochures, promotional materials, price lists and sales kits.
• Support company roadshows, property fairs, open houses and marketing events.
• Coordinate with agents, buyers, designers and internal departments when necessary.
• Carry out other sales and marketing support duties assigned by management.

Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication or related field will be an advantage journalist are encouraged to apply
• Experience in property industry, digital marketing or sales support is preferred.
• Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Canva and social media content posting.
• Basic knowledge in CapCut, video editing or content creation will be an advantage.
• Familiar with Meta Ads / Facebook Ads is an added advantage.
• Good communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin will be an advantage.
• Organized, responsible, proactive and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and support the sales and marketing team.
• Able to work on weekends or during sales events when required.
