As part of the Phase 3 Tecktonic & Son’s Roxy Development plan, Torquay Serviced Apartment stands alongside Roxy Hotel and Roxy Apartments on a beach front facing 2 acres site located at Sematan, Kuching.

Torquay Serviced Apartments accommodates 169 units apartments that is all equipped with a cantilever balcony overlooking mountain or sea views, taking advantage of the rich surrounding natural landscapes. This 9-storey apartment includes commercial and office floors at its bottom levels with a grandeur double height entrance welcoming residents or visitors alike.

La Promenade Precinct Grande Clubhouse

La Promenade is an auxiliary to the rest of the development, serving to promote a safe and enjoyable community living among residents. Acting as a social hub, the Clubhouse is distinct with its off-form walls and gable-shaped concrete roof. The ground floor is equipped with a multipurpose room and a swimming pool with the gym on the upper floor.

The building’s tectonic language follows a minimalist approach, consistent with the design direction of Precinct Grande’s Designer Bungalow homes. The material palette is kept simple and honest: off-form concrete, steel and glass with a striking red stairwell as its prominent feature, paired with skylight above, allowing natural light within. Tall windows at both side also allows natural ventilation throughout.

With its expressive outlook and recreational functions, the Grande Clubhouse stands to serve the La Promenade community at the heart of the development.

We've just completed 's clubhouse, and we're really happy with how it turned out.

This video was taken on May 1, during the Labour Day holiday.

The clubhouse came together through the work of many people including MNSC architects, Level Up Fitness, TRAIN ME Private Coaching, and our own construction and landscaping teams.
