陈美娟院长，拥有30多年的经验也是马来西亚东马知名的烘焙师及国际评审委员。曾被邀请到台湾，新加坡，吉隆坡，泰国，越南，沙巴当任评审委员。1982年，在新加坡结婚蛋糕比赛夺下冠军。1982年成功在古晋开设自己的烘焙学院。
陈院长喜爱到世界各地学习各样的烘焙及蛋糕设计。陈院长曾到中国文化大学海青班， 中华殼类食品工业技术研究所， 香港德信烹饪学校( Dickson Catering Institute), 中国苏州王森烘焙西点西餐咖啡学院， 中国广州烘焙学校， 印尼Nila Sari 烘焙学校 , 印尼Rosalina蛋糕设计学院 ( Rosalina School of Cake Decorating), 美国Wilton Method of Cake Decorating 与美国Academy of Pastry Art Training School 学习吸取学习经验。
