Among the many random things we love to do — video editing has a special place in our hearts. 💻💖
Our client wanted a childhood compilation video, but we thought… why not take it all the way? From their first steps to their first meeting, and finally, to this beautiful moment in the wedding hall. 💍✨
They were all in for the idea — spontaneous, fun, and full of heart. 🥹
We only showed them the first half during our meet-up. The second half? A surprise they saw for the first time with everyone else at the reception. 🤭
Their reaction? Priceless.

🎥 Tips: Don’t overload your wedding reception with back-to-back video segments — guests tend to lose focus and interest. If you have multiple videos, space them out thoughtfully or plan separate moments for each showing. Timing is key to keeping the magic alive ✨

Among our last-gasp tasks as wedding coordinator, visual display technician 😅
We usually advise our couple to get full details and services when they choose their vendors. For example, when you hire a third-party audio team, you need to ask what they will provide in their services. Do they help with karaoke only or do they help to manage your visual display as well?
Just for your information, these audio teams usually take care of audio only. So, if you want to show videos or photos on the screen, you will need to get someone to help to take care of it.
