🚨 Forgot to issue an e-Invoice? LHDN is giving you a second chance!
Business owners, take note! 📢
LHDN has introduced the Special Voluntary Disclosure Programme (SVDP) for e-Invoicing, available until 31 December 2027.
This programme may help if you have:
✅ Forgotten to submit an e-Invoice
✅ Submitted an e-Invoice with incorrect information
✅ Started using e-Invoicing but have never submitted any e-Invoices
✅ Are currently being reviewed by LHDN due to e-Invoicing compliance issues
💡 If any of the above applies to you, the SVDP provides an opportunity to voluntarily rectify your e-Invoice compliance.
📌 When submitting through the SVDP, remember to select the correct Document Type (SVDP 1.2 / SVDP 1.3) in the MyInvois Portal.
