Our Why – The Heart Behind Our Training Programs
My name is Mioting. The person beside me is my greatest teacher, my mirror, and the love of my life—my husband Lee Hieng. Yet for years, our relationship was a battlefield. Misunderstanding, pride, and pain overshadowed our love. The toll was heavy—our children carried the weight of our conflicts, and even our careers suffered under the strain.

But here is the truth we now live by: *The very conflicts and challenges that once tore us apart became the purpose of our lives.* They forced us to grow, to confront ourselves, and ultimately to discover tools that don’t just mend relationships—they transform lives.

In 2002, we made a choice: to learn and grow, together. Not just to fix what was broken, but to awaken. That journey changed everything. It rewrote our story. And that’s why we created these programs—not as experts, but as fellow travellers. We share what we’ve lived. Every tool, every insight comes from real struggle, real failure, and real transformation. We share our imperfections openly because healing begins where authenticity began.

The wisdom we offer isn’t ours alone. These truths are ancient—passed down through generations, now alive in our hands and yours in the form of

Life Mastery
“Life Mastery is about embracing the journey of becoming, it’s not about reaching perfection”
True “mastery” is found in the act of learning, adapting and evolving. It’s not about “becoming a master” but “embracing the mindset of one - curious, disciplined and resilient. In this program, “Mastery” means growing daily, learning endlessly and finding fulfilment in the pursuit itself - it’s about lifelong learning and growing

Our role? To walk beside you, as guides who’ve stumbled, risen, and found a way forward. This is the work that rebuilt our lives. And if it can free us, we believe it can free anyone.

Our hope is that these training will inspire lasting change, not only within individuals but within families and communities, so that we can all contribute to a world where people empower, support, and care for each other.

Inspired by the changes in our own lives, we created these programs to help others experience similar transformation and growth. We firmly believe that individuals, families and communities can achieve meaningful changes and move towards a life of love, strength and mutual care. Our programs are designed to guide people on a journey of self-discovery, healing and transformation. These programs are based on some core concepts and personal experiences that have inspired us deeply.

We are grateful for the completion of our first training program, Life Mastery 1 named as 心领之声1 conducted in Shenzhen, China on 06-08 December 2024. Together we experienced one of the most amazing 3 days of our lives.....it was meaningful, magical and memorable time together at Wutong Village, Shenzhen with 38 others from different part of China, from HongKong, from Taiwan.

A sincere appreciation to the team in China that trusted us with their families, their friends and their teams! It was their joint effort that put the class together. They brought people that they love and care so much into the class because we understand and we are aligned with our shared intention of building a global community together

🌟 Reflecting on an Amazing 4-Day Youth Summer Camp (07 to 10 August 2024) in Dongguan, China! 🌟

We just wrapped up an incredible 4-day journey with 16 inspiring teenagers in Dongguan, China, and we’re thrilled to share the highlights! 🎉

Over these four days, our participants embarked on a powerful path of self-discovery and emotional growth. Here’s what they experienced:

✨ Self-Discovery: Each teen delved deep into understanding their true selves, uncovering their unique strengths and passions.

💡 Emotional Intelligence: Through workshops and activities, they learned how to understand and cope with different emotions, building resilience and emotional maturity. (There were one session on anger management)

🚀 Higher Energy Living: We explored the shifting of negative emotion to positive emotions and hence higher energy band which opens the door to empowerment and the key to living a life of abundance.

The energy, enthusiasm, and growth we witnessed were nothing short of inspiring. These young minds left with new tools and perspectives that will empower them to live more courageously and appreciatively in their daily lives.

A huge thank you to everyone who made this camp a success—our amazing facilitators, supportive team members in Dongguan, and, of course, the incredible teens who participated with open hearts and minds. 💫

We are thrilled to share our experience as the trainers and facilitators of the training program "Team Alignment and Empowerment Part I" at Eastar (HK) Ltd, Dongguan for their management team. This initiative is designed to enhance collaboration, boost morale, and drive the company's mission.

In a fast-paced and high-stakes industry, seamless coordination among team members is crucial. Team alignment ensures that everyone is on the same page, working towards common goals with a unified vision. It fosters a culture of trust and cooperation, leading to more efficient problem-solving and innovation.

This initiative will not only benefit the leaders but also have a positive ripple effect throughout the entire organisation, leading to improved performance, higher employee satisfaction, and ultimately better service for clients

In an era where the value of teamwork and community engagement is increasingly recognised, a local cafe stands as a shining example of how structured training program can foster a culture of collaboration and community contribution. Recently, the team from Gather Cafe participated in an intensive training program designed to enhance their understanding of teamwork and community involvement. The results were not only impressive but also inspiring, showcasing the profound impact such initiatives can have on both the workplace and the broader community.

𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲

The training program, meticulously crafted to emphasise the importance of collaboration, mutual support, and community contribution, served as the foundation for this transformation. It included modules on effective communication, discovery of personal and organisation strengths, alignment of personal mission with the organisation’s mission and the principles of community engagement. By the end of the program, the core team had a clear understanding of how they could contribute meaningfully to their team, the larger organisation, and their local community.

𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀: 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺

Armed with new understanding and a renewed sense of purpose, the core team from Gather Cafe immediately set about implementing what they had learned. Within the team, they began by establishing a system of peer support and empowerment. This included recognising the strengths of others and giving authentic praises and appreciation to affirm the individuals in the team. These changes led to improved morale and a stronger sense of camaraderie, as team members felt more valued and supported in their roles.

𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗹𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝗔 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲𝗹 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀

The contribution work of the team serves as a powerful testament to the impact of effective training programs. By equipping individuals with the skills and knowledge to work collaboratively and contribute to their community, businesses can foster a culture of teamwork and social responsibility. Gather Cafe's story is a reminder that when people come together with a shared purpose, they can create meaningful change that resonates far beyond their immediate environment.

On March 22nd and 23rd, 2024, E Leadership Training held the "Team Alignment and Empowerment Part I" training session for R & D Construction Sdn Bhd. The session involved dynamic activities and group discussions aimed at fostering teamwork and enhancing mutual understanding among team members. The 2 days sessions also explored positive attributes to bolster the collective strengths of the team, aligning efforts towards the company's mission and vision.

"Team Alignment and Empowerment" training session for Eastar was held in Dongguan, China few months ago....we emphasised the significance of working together cohesively, leveraging each other's strengths and aligning our efforts towards a shared mission and common vision. Through engaging activities and group discussions, team members explored the benefits of alignment in improving productivity, efficiency and overall job satisfaction.
