MESTI KORANG TERTANYA-TANYA KAN SUSAH KE NAK BUAT POPCORN CARAMEL NI🤔
MEH KITORANG TUNJUKKAN CARA-CARA NAK BUAT POPCORN KARAMEL DENGAN MUDAH😉🙌🏻
1) Masukkan minyak masak dan mentega.
2) Masukkan popcorn dan kacau sampai popcorn meletup.
3) Tutup tudung periuk dan perlahankan api takut popcorn hangit.
4) Biarkan sampai habis bunyi meletup.
5) Angkat dan taburkan sedikit garam pada popcorn.
Cara-cara untuk gula karamel:
1) Masukkan gula putih dan air dalam kuali.
2) Masak sampai air gula cair dan bertukar perang.
3) Bila air gula bertukar perang muda (light brown) masukkan butter dan tutup api (untuk elak caramel gelap dan pahit). 4) Kacau sampai pekat dan tutup api.
5) Cepat-cepat tuang masuk karamel dalam popcorn.
6) Gaul popcorn cepat-cepat sementara karamel masih panas.
7) Pindah masuk popcorn dalam tray dan relaikan popcorn yang melekat.
