This measure was taken in order to enhance the quality of their (local entrepreneur) product focusing on labeling and packaging. In order to qualify to be the main consultant, certain requirements must be obtain by this company such as Contractor Registration Endorsement Certificate and Bumiputera Contractor Registration Endorsement Certificate from the Ministry of Finance. Thus, Silvero Media was formed and the restructuring of the company was made in order to reach the requirements.
