缺点:

🏠 买房 vs 租房:哪个更划算?

🔍 1. 从“钱”的角度看
✅ 买房划算(长期)
- 每月供款 = 帮自己存钱 + 强制储蓄
- 房价通常长期会上涨 → 资产增值
- 提前买房可以锁定价格,减少未来涨价带来的压力
- 有机会出租或二手卖出套现

❌ 买房的挑战
- 前期要准备头期 + 法律费 + 杂费
- 每月供款压力比租金高
- 地点要选好(否则几年都没有涨幅)

🔍 2. 从“灵活性”角度
租房更灵活:
- 随时搬家
- 雇主调动、城市规划变化
→ 不会被绑住
- 没有维修、管理费负担

租房的缺点:
- 租金每年可能上涨
