*香蕉皮肥料Banana Peel Fertilizer*
使用方法 / How to use:
切碎或浸泡香蕉皮,将其加入土壤中,以提高钾和磷的含量。
Chop or soak banana peels and add them to the soil to increase potassium and phosphorus levels.
*蛋壳肥料Eggshell Fertilizer*
使用方法 / How to use:
压碎的蛋壳为土壤补充钙,强化植物细胞壁,预防花期腐烂。
Crushed eggshells supplement calcium in the soil, strengthen plant cell walls, and prevent blossom-end rot
*淘米水Rice Water*

【動得好,吃得對,才是簡單的健康】
學武不是為了當英雄,吃有機菜也不是為了追流行。
我教咏春,平常也賣有機蔬菜,都是因為我覺得很簡單:
要動,要吃得乾淨,身體才比較少毛病。
吃多一點菜、少一點加工,農藥少一點,腸胃好一點,睡得也安穩一點。
這沒什麼神奇,就是多做一點選擇,多花一點心。

I don’t teach Wing Chun to make heroes, and I don’t sell organic vegetables just because it’s trendy.
I do both because I believe in something simple: move your body, eat clean, and you’ll have fewer problems down the road.
More fresh veggies, less processed food, fewer chemicals — it helps their stomach, their sleep, their energy.
There’s nothing magical about it. It’s just small choices, every day.
No fancy words needed — just doing more good for our bodies, one day at a time.
