I am deeply honored to receive the Asia Most Innovative Professional & Leadership Award 2025, presented by the National Award Foundation in cooperation with the Indonesia Excellent Center, and organised by Mediatama Award Management.

This independent institution carefully assesses performance and achievement through several selection stages, making this recognition even more meaningful. It came as a wonderful surprise, yet it reflects the vital role of the business events industry—a place where people meet, network, and create opportunities with clients from across the world, including Indonesia.

Although I was unable to be in Jakarta to receive the award in person as I am currently overseas, I am looking forward to receiving the certificate and trophy soon.

I feel especially proud to be the only individual awardee from Sabah this year, joining past recipients such as Sabah Parks and Sawit Kinabalu.

This award is a meaningful acknowledgement of the collective efforts of my team at Midas Events Management and the many partners and collaborators who continue to inspire innovation and leadership in our industry.

To all young entrepreneurs: keep moving forward, stay independent, and embrace positive competition and collaboration. Innovation starts with courage and a willingness to create impact.
