Position : Project Executive/ Junior QS
Office Location: Pandamaran, Klang
Working Hour: 8:30am-5.30pm (Monday to Friday)
Saturday - Half day

REQUIREMENT :
1. Diploma with experience or Degree in Quantity Surveyor, mechanical engineer or equivalent
2. Familiar with Auto-cad, Excel & Microsoft word
3. At least 1-2 years working experience, fresh graduate are encouraged to apply
4. Posses own transport
5. Able to work independently, self-driven, meticulous and possess a high degree of initiative and integrity

JOB SCOPE :
1. Taking off & costing for Pre Tender.
2. To assist preparing quotations, progress claim & sub-con claim.
3. Willing to travel to site
3. Others ( All related works of QS)

Salary: RM2200-RM3300 (Based on Experience)

- Liase with supplier, sub-contractor & client.
- Prepare and record site progress on daily/weekly report.

Requirement
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / or equivalent
- Minimum 1 years of ACMV working experience with sub contractors
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply

-Service maintenance, troubleshoot & repair AHU, FCU, VRV & Chiller System
