Dear All Conference Delegates,

On behalf of IPRC's Scientific Committee, I am pleased to welcome delegates to the Conference, which is scheduled on 7-8 December 2019 at UniSZA, Gong Badak Campus, Terengganu. Attached please find the Programme Book, Book of Abstracts and Parallel Session Schedule. The parallel session is organised based on themes and list of delegates who have registered and paid the fee. If your name is not listed but included in the Abstract Book, you may still participate and register during the Conference, and we will slot your presentation manually. I would advise each delegate to prepare 10-12 minutes of presentation, due to time constraint.

We look forward to receiving you soon; hopefully the event is running smoothly. FYI, Terengganu is currently experiencing a monsoon season with heavy rainfall and floods - please exercise extra caution when travelling.
