Job : SENIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Location: Kajang
Salary : RM2500-4000
MUST HAVE
-At least 1 years experience in accounting
-Full set accounting experience
-Speak & write in mandarin

OTHERS/ADVANTAGES
Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Office
-Good written and verbal communication skill
-Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
-Experienced in F&B Accounting will be a bonus

RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare full set of management account for the company and subsidiaries, and any others new division in future.
-Responsible to involve in preparation of daily and monthly bank reconciliations and other receipts and payment reconciliations assigned with stipulated timeline
-Perform monthly and annual closing in compliance with SWIFT quality standards,
-Prepare regular reports, compile reports and deliver all required statements/reports.
-Daily data entry, including account payables, receivables, bank reconciliations and closing of accounts
-Manage staffs payroll including submission of EPF, SOCSO, EIS & PCB
-Liaise with audit and tax related matters annually

• Excellent in communication skill in English and Mandarin Language.

· Ensure timely renewal of business licenses
· Assist in a full spectrum of HR services including manpower sourcing, engagement, manage and advise on all employee legal issues including sickness absence, grievances, disciplines.
· Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field
· 3-5 years of experience in HR and Operation strongly preferred
· Critical thinking and ability to work under pressure
· Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
· High adaptability in using software systems.
· Strong MS Office and computer technical skills.
· Fluent in Mandarin, English &BM.
· Must be based in Kajang.
