At Project M, we believe culture is a living thing.
For the Kokoyo project, we integrated traditional Nyonya ceramic blues and diamond patterns into a minimalist framework. The goal was to ensure the brand didn't just look like a "museum" of the past, but a vibrant part of the present.
By aligning the visual identity with the founder's youthful energy, we created a brand that feels authentic, seamless, and timeless.

Bringing Nyonya Culture into the Modern Era. 🇸🇬
When Kokoyo Kopitiam approached Project M, they carried a rich legacy of Malacca Nyonya recipes and a heart-warming story of a grandmother’s kitchen. Our task was to translate this "old soul" into a brand identity that resonates with today’s audience.
We focused on "Youthful Heritage", swapping conventional clichés for a fresh, morning-inspired visual language that breathes life into traditional elements.

Architecture can be more than a structure.
It can become identity.
The Armani Residence logo is inspired by the silhouette of a city skyline at night, translated through a series of vertically extended lines. This directly reflects the brand’s focus on high-rise living while symbolising elevation, movement, and progression.
The clean, structured linework expresses a sense of order and modernity. Echoing Armani’s commitment to precision, quality, and refinement.
At the same time, the interplay of thick and thin lines subtly forms the letter “A”, strengthening brand recognition while representing a continuous upward journey.
More than a logo, it is a visual extension of architecture itself.
