Cleven Lim of Red Land Design has been practicing interior design for the past 15 years since the beginning of his career in Singapore. This time around, he creates a home sanctuary for a lovely couple within the limited spaces of ordinary urban homes. The acquisition of a bungalow in Grand Thompson was his second unit after owning a Semi-D on this prime district. The owner, who is a very successful corporate executive from an international firm hoping to have an English element to blend with his elegant modern bungalow.

This was also the reason he engaged Red Land Design, other than strongly endorsed by a few influential people, he sees the potential of the firm and the young professionals whom he eager to support.

Two semi-D houses built more than a decade ago proved the perfect opportunity for interior designer Keatson Liew to create a bold sense of classic elegance turning the shared wall space into a grand entrance connecting both units. The properties owned by Datuk Farid Ahmad had been through a massive makeover focusing the middle section; offers a fascinating insight to suits client’s rich heritage.

2025 is finally coming to an end, and what a year it has been.
It is a year filled with project challenges; in fact, these challenges arose as we input numerous new creative ideas, new materials, and new skill to be implemented into our projects.
It also a journey of team bonding, management and commitments.

For every follower, clients, suppliers and team mates both in Malaysia and China that made Red Land Design astonished, you mean the world to us. We can’t thank you enough. To build a community where all the best people and beautiful things come together under such intense environment, each project result is a love letter to the brand and industry.
