今天猎人足球青训南下槟城，与韩江中学U15及GCFC U15进行三角交流赛。

很开心看到槟城州有这么多华裔年轻球员还在坚持足球，这样的画面确实难得，也值得鼓励。

同时，我们也必须坦诚面对，
即使只是华裔球员之间的对抗，我们已经明显看见差距。

无论是比赛节奏、基本功稳定度、对抗强度，甚至整体比赛理解，都还有很大的提升空间。

差距不可怕，
重要的是有没有决心去缩小它。

希望小球员们能更认真安排时间，把学业与训练好好结合。
读书顾好，补习专心，训练不马虎。

进步，从来不是靠嘴巴讲，而是每天累积。

也希望在亚罗士打，能有更多真正喜欢足球的孩子勇敢走出来。
只要肯努力，舞台一定会有。
