The truth is, my weight loss has been completely deliberate, closely monitored by my doctor, and the result of discipline and consistency. After living with diabetes for 25 years, I've now come off my diabetes medication, and I genuinely feel stronger and healthier than I have in years. In this video, I'm sharing how I lost 17kg in just two months. I hope my journey encourages anyone who believes it's never too late to take control of their health. ❤️🔥

𝗦𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝗳𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮, 𝗠𝘆 𝗧𝗩 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗜𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 - What an honour to be invited to South Africa's Tourism Minister, 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮 𝗱𝗲 𝗟𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗲's home in Cape Town for a private screening of the pilot episode of 𝘚𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘬𝘢𝘳'𝘴 𝘚𝘢𝘱𝘱𝘢𝘥𝘶 𝘚𝘵𝘰𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘴 𝘚𝘰𝘶𝘵𝘩 𝘈𝘧𝘳𝘪𝘤𝘢.
