SelflessTogether provides free education to marginalised children in Penang.
Beyond academics, we believe education is also about *raising kind and compassionate* individuals. We teach our children the importance of *kindness, empathy, respect, and giving back* to the community.

Today, our children had the privilege of joining Penang Adopt a Beach in their meaningful effort to keep Penang's beaches clean.
It was wonderful to see our children working side by side with local community members, international volunteers, and the local council (MBPP) to help care for Gertak Sanggul Beach.
Beyond collecting litter, they learned the importance of protecting our environment, giving back to the community, and working together towards a common goal.
The children had an amazing time cleaning the beach while enjoying its beautiful natural surroundings. It was a wonderful day filled with learning, teamwork, and laughter.
A big thank you to Penang Adopt a Beach for having us. We truly appreciate the opportunity, and we hope to continue supporting your incredible work in creating a cleaner and greener Penang. ♡

"Proud" is an understatement.♡♡
Over the weekend, our grade 9 students came to me with a request that caught me by surprise.
They asked for permission to spend their Saturday morning conducting extra tutoring sessions for their younger friends and classmates who are struggling with mathematics.
We were very moved. Instead of taking the weekend off, they chose to give their time, knowledge, and encouragement to others.
In the midst of so much negativity and hardship within their community, they show us that kindness and compassion can still flourish.
This shows that when children are given the right guidance, opportunities, and someone who believes in them, they can become leaders, role models, and changemakers.
This is exactly what education should be about. Not only building knowledge but nurturing hearts that want to lift others up.
I couldn't be prouder of these amazing young people. They give us hope for the future.

Rabiah and her family have finally received their resettlement approval and will be flying to Canada this Tuesday.
Our hearts are filled with both joy and sadness. Joy because this marks the beginning of a new chapter filled with opportunities, hope, and a brighter future for her and her family. Sadness because we will be saying goodbye to someone who has been such a special part of our journey.
Rabiah has been learning with SelflessTogether for the past 5 years, and it has been a privilege to watch her grow. She is one of the brightest and fastest learners we have ever had the privilege of teaching. Intelligent, hardworking, and resilient, she has consistently impressed everyone who has had the opportunity to meet her. Her potential is limitless, and we have no doubt that she will continue to achieve amazing things wherever life takes her.
While we will miss her dearly, we are so proud of everything she has accomplished and excited for all that lies ahead.
Rabiah, thank you for being such an inspiration to us all. We love you so much and will always be cheering you on from afar. Canada is gaining a remarkable young lady, and we cannot wait to see all the incredible things you will achieve.
