MIGHT strengthened its role in driving the national smart city agenda by participating in the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) for the Cameron Highlands District Council Smart City Action Plan 2030 held in Sultan Ahmad Shah Golf Club, Pahang.

1. NAMC Registration & Governance (ROC/ SSM Malaysia)
a. Lead the preparation, consolidation, and submission of required registration documents for NAMC with ROC/ SSM Malaysia (e.g., constitution/ charter, forms, supporting documents).
b. Coordinate with consortium members for signatures, office bearer details, and required supporting evidence.
c. Track registration progress and provide status updates to MIGHT/ NAMC leadership.
d. Establish a NAMC Compliance Calendar for statutory filings and governance requirements post-registration (e.g., annual returns, changes of office bearers).
2. Secretariat & Meeting Management (AGM, Steering, MIGs/ Working Groups)
a. Plan and coordinate NAMC meetings including AGM, Steering Committee meetings, MIGs/ working groups, and special sessions as required.
b. Prepare meeting packs: notices, invitations, agendas, briefing notes, and resolution papers.
c. Manage meeting logistics (venue/ virtual platform, attendance registration, quorum checks where applicable).
d. Draft, circulate, and finalise minutes; maintain decision logs, action registers, and follow-up trackers.
e. Maintain a secure, well-organised document repository (governance documents, minutes, membership records, resolutions, and correspondence).
3. Administrative & Financial Coordination (to sustain NAMC operations)
a. Support administrative workflows for NAMC operations including correspondence, filing, documentation control, and record management.
b. Coordinate with MTN/ MIGHT finance/ admin teams on basic tracking of NAMC-related administrative spending, payments, and supporting documentation (as applicable).
c. Support audit readiness by ensuring records are complete, traceable, and retrievable.
4. Stakeholder Engagement & Communications
a. Act as Secretariat liaison between MIGHT/ NAMC and external stakeholders (government, industry, academia, associations).
b. Maintain stakeholder contact lists and engagement records; ensure consistent communications and follow-ups.
c. Support events and outreach activities related to NAMC including briefings, workshops, exhibitions and formal engagements.
d. Prepare stakeholder brief notes, talking points, and programme updates as required.
5. Research, Reporting & Strategic Support
a. Conduct targeted research and benchmarking to support NAMC priorities (e.g., ecosystem mapping, policy scanning, stakeholder profiling).
b. Support preparation of periodic reports, presentations, and secretariat updates for internal governance and senior leadership briefings.
c. Assist in drafting strategic papers/ publications and programme documentation, where required.
6. Any other task assigned by the Superior in the interest of MIGHT.
