资格：
年龄介于18-30之间
有美术教学或相关艺术领域的经验。
优秀的沟通和人际交往能力。
耐心、热情，对教学艺术充满真正的热爱。
对各种艺术媒介和技巧的熟悉。
能够根据不同的学习风格调整教学方法。
