Some things exist because someone couldn’t stop imagining them.
Neil Felipp makes minaudières, homeware, and objects in a lane of his own. Hand-laid shell. Cast brass. Creatures from mythology. A remarkable tic tac toe set.
He’s taking over the Dia Store, Bangsar Village II this weekend — 27 to 31 May only. The collection is there to discover any time (not online yet). If you’d like to customise something made specifically for you, or for a more in-depth experience, time with him is by appointment only.

Styled for the West.
All real, public domain images of Southeast Asian women from museum collections including the Met & Smithsonian (US), Tropenmuseum (NL), and National Army Museum (UK).
Was trawling open access archives and got sucked in. The clothing, posture & presence are striking, as are how these women were documented for a mainly Western gaze. Still searching for more “Eastern” public domain sources.
A complicated, fascinating kind of fashion history.

Luxury to us.
For too long, ultra-luxury and exclusive bags have been about logos or extreme waiting lists. We think that’s changing and nobody proves it better than Neil Felipp.
His minaudières have hand-laid shell, carved metals, and an obsessive attention to myth and craft. He was among the first designers we brought to Dia and remains one of our most loved. With him, custom doesn’t mean a monogram; it means personalising colour and creature, even stars arranged to your exact constellation.
Neil is exclusively at the Dia Store, BVII, from 27 — 31 May. Time with him is by appointment only, while the collection is available for discovery any time.
Reserve via the link in bio or DM / WhatsApp us directly with any queries 🤍

Luxury is listening.
Still processing that we were able to show all these performances at one resort in a single week. All Malaysian, many playing indigenous instruments, all coming together to celebrate the profound work by 🌱
In an AI world, we can tell you that listening to these artists live, with the rainforest and sea on either side, was a true privilege. We can’t name another luxury resort that commits to this level 🥹 Ever grateful to for trusting Dia with this.
