Another meaningful and engaging session completed with the team from 1 Group Melaka for the โF&B Basics Service Excellenceโ Batch 1 program on 18th & 19th May 2026.
Throughout the session, participants explored the importance of developing the right hospitality mindset, building a positive service culture, maintaining professional standards, strengthening guest communication, handling feedback effectively, enhancing product confidence and creating memorable dining experiences through teamwork and service consistency.
The programme also focused on service flow, guest engagement and practical upselling approaches that contribute towards elevating overall customer satisfaction.

๐ฌ The simple โ๐๐๐๐๐โ before I even place my order.

I recently observed a strong example of service ex*****on at Kanna Curry House (Seksyen 4, PJ) and I must say, this is a strong example of how operational excellence and service mindset come together in a casual dining environment.
What stood out was not just the quality of the food, but the people behind the experience:
