Our goal is to preserve the site’s authenticity as much as possible. To achieve this, we enhance the design with a coastal sensibility—drawing inspiration from its beachside surroundings. Cement and wood form the core materials, grounding the space with texture and warmth, while subtle pops of color bring vibrancy and life.

Warm wood elements soften the austerity, weaving in a sense of livability and balance. Monochrome in design is about balance and clarity. A room dressed mostly in white feels open and pure, while touches of black—perhaps in a entrance frame, a lamp, or a line of trim—add definition and depth. The contrast highlights textures stand out more vividly. By keeping the palette restrained, the space feels calm, timeless, and effortlessly elegant.
