Yesterday started like a dream… 😎🍰❄️
Got my wheels back ✔️
Baked in my new kitchen with AC ✔️
Drove home feeling unstoppable ✔️

Then Tulum jungle life said: “Hold my beer.” 🦂🌴

First… I put on my bathing suit top and a GIANT scorpion fell out. 😭
At that moment scorpion had two choices:
⚰️ Death by b***s
or
🥾 Death by boot

The boot won. 😂

Still traumatized, I jumped in the pool… walked dogs… fed dogs & cats… jumped back in the pool again because apparently that’s my coping mechanism now. 🐕🐈💦

Then I headed to my neighbor’s house to care for their pets and noticed my car was on EMPTY. ⛽
“No problem,” I said confidently… famous last words. 😌

Grabbed the gas can and BAM BAM BAM 🐝🐝🐝
One wasp sting under my left eye and two on my shoulder. Felt like someone stabbed me with a flaming hot poker. 🔥

Filled the tank.
Ran to the pool.
Walked the neighbor’s dog.
Applied ice packs.
Applied vodka internally. 🧊🥃

So today is officially a slow baking day because my face is swollen, my legs hate me, and standing all day is currently not part of the program. 😂🍰

But hey… at least the kitchen has AC. ❄️✨
