This very cozy, elegant, house, is located in a quiet area of Tulum town. It is in a 7,500 sq ft condominium property surrounded by a tropical garden.
Ivar and Ane Mari bought this Magic House just minutes outside Tulum center. It has a 9x45 ft swimming pool and comes with 2 private terraces, good stereo and a guitarron bass guitar! The house sleeps 6 people comfortably, with 2 in each of the bedrooms and 2 on the mezzanine where there is a sleeping couch. Full access to the garden areas, pool and sun deck. Full access to all levels of the house
