If you have a small displacement race bike, do not feel deterred to come race in our events, like anything, there are pros and cons to riding a specific type of machine in a hill climb. The low weight, despite modest horsepower, makes for a nimble, forgiving and fast through corners if you know how to carry momentum. The power to fun ratio is great. Also, an efficient way to race if you have a smaller budget.

Zack and Ari race the world's longest hill climb 27/02/2026

Good read.
Let it be known from the rider’s perspective.

Zack and Ari race the world's longest hill climb Competing in a hill climb race in Mexico on Honda Groms is just as slow as you'd expect. And also harder than you might think.

CAPITULO 2, Los Primeros 6.

No había garantías.
No había multitudes.

FOR THOSE WHO STILL SEEK THE MOUNTAIN.

There was a time when motorcycle hill climbs represented the purest form of racing in North America.

No traffic. No runoff. No second chances.

When that chapter closed, many riders were left searching for the next road worthy of the climb.

That road exists.

In Baja California, Mexico, motorcycles continue to race on closed public mountain roads. Real asphalt. Real elevation. Real consequence.

The Baja Tarmac Racing Championship begins with the San Javier Hill Climb — a 20 km ascent through the Sierra de la Giganta — and continues to the San Pedro Mártir Hill Climb, the longest asphalt hill climb in the world.

This is not a replica.

This is not a substitute.

This is the continuation of real road hill climb racing in North America.

If you’ve been waiting for the next mountain, this is it.
