Roger Williams and our newly-minted Intro to Cave graduate have Naharon all to themselves today.

OK, so I didn’t grow the coffee beans or squeeze the orange juice. Or weave the breakfast tray or make the crockery. But everything on the tray - overnight oats, granola, strawberry jam, and fruit buns - is made from scratch, by me. Because we love our guests and want to feed them well.

The sky is great and overcast, but the water is clear and the company scintillating.

I needed a recovery day today after this weekend’s sterilisation clinic, so instead of going cave diving with me, did a huge deep clean in our magnificent dive shed.

Roger Williams has rigged up a new gear drying arrangement outside the dive shed that is frankly quite awesome.
