Cleaning services offered for houses and condos in Progreso and Chicxulub at this time. We have an excellent cleaning team with TWO times available right now!
Thursday & Friday morning time slots are available and we are looking for homes to clean!

As every property is different, an initial consult and meeting will be required to provide a quotation. Most of our properties are between 350 pesos and 500 pesos per visit. Prices are dependent on the property.

Full service cleaning: dusting, cleaning fans, sweeping, mopping, cleaning counters and cabinets, bathrooms, cleaning windows and window tracks.
We travel with all the necessary cleaning supplies (including ladder and vacuum) but ask that the home owners/renters supply the chemicals and cloths as required.

Detailed checklists ensure our cleaning team meets all expectations every visit. You grade the cleaners after each visit to ensure we are aware of their performance.

Our rates include that our cleaning team is paid a weekly wage including their insurance and pension. You do not have to worry about anything.
We have found that as a property management company, it is very important to have qualified people paid well to do the jobs we require. For this reason we have created our cleaning division and are looking to add new clients at this time.
