What I teach in Yoga is similar to what I teach when starting my clients in :
After you face your fears/daemons, sit with them, stare them in the eye (kevin Paris’ song) you are empowered and FREE to make decisions from LOVE and peace of mind. Then, joy comes on its own.

The markets were down, very low and I also had to face my fears and limited beliefs, however I came back to my fundamental faith that allows me to stay grounded in the volatile world of crypto; the source is not a wallet, the source is one and only: GOD; and is only through Karma and Devotion that I can sow the seeds of that which I want to see in my life.
I touch my heart for those victims of the Terra-Luna attack.

Local plants have learned to be resilient to the local pollutants and environmental challenges, that’s the information that you can gear your cells with when you eat local. So precious!
And I say to my local farmer: thanks to you.
This week we ate from our garden at home: potatoes and lettuce.
from a friend’s tree: plums!
And from the “LOCAL FRUIT stand:
cherries and strawberries.
Plus keeping my weekly produce delivery frum

I just have to say I am so grateful for being a mother while going through this crisis. And is also really hard at times, that is why I wrote my last blog post @ jimenayoga.com , but don’t read it, it’s a very controversial topic.

Sometimes all we need is to breathe deeper.
The word stuck to me right now is “righteous”. And as we have had lots of conversations about spirituality I truly ask myself and invite to ask yourself:
How much am I glorifying God through the health of my physical body?
I still battle with religions that preach about a righteous life but yet don’t include health choices as part of “a righteous living”. .
Because when your body is your temple you give it only the best foods available possible. And you allow your body to reset through a nutritional fast regularly, like Jesus did. And other yoga stages have done too.
Now, you see, I don’t only use Isagenix products because is my business, I use it and recommend it because I truly know is a way to gain health and cleanse our bodies to glorify God through our physical health.

Every Pregnant woman on Earth has the Divine right to have a beautiful birthing experience:
The birth of my son has been one of the most meaningful days of my whole life. Not only because it was a lovely reward for having taken the time and effort to do research, get in connection with my body, love myself, love my baby, and very importantly I trusted the Divine knowledge that God gifted me as a woman.
