Our rates *include: pressurized water system; hot water on demand; weekly cleaning and linens changed; electricity (AC charged by meter usage); water; drinking water; internet; Netflix, Prime, Disney (ESPN) tv streaming; gas; outdoor bbq; pool maintenance; bicycles, personal patio space, and Pickleball Membership.
