Dear friends, we are still here although closed since March 2020 due to the global COVID-19 pandemic. It has been some difficult times but we are trying to keep our spirits high and are hoping for the best in the future. Currently we are working on obtaining Tourism Gold Standard Certificate, which is part of an extensive “Tourism Gold Standard Recognition Program” that was created for Belizean phased reopening plan. A Gold Standard entity is one that has thoroughly followed the new safety procedures and has the guests’ safety as their utmost priority.
On October 1st 2020 the country of Belize has re-opened the international airport for international leisure travel within the safety corridor. With the re-opening Belize has put in place new rules, regulations and procedures with respect to safety protocols of accommodation, tours and also with respect to entry of tourists into the country. The information is being regularly updated based on the current development of the pandemic both globally and with respect to Belize.
