Purpose, Strategy, and Ex*****on.

A) Purpose

1. Mission:

Defines why the company exists and its core purpose.

2. Values:

Sets the principles and beliefs that guide decisions and behavior.

3. Vision:

Paints a clear picture of the future the company aims to achieve.

B) Strategy

4. Strategic Intent:

Outlines overarching goals and the path to achieve them.

5. Drivers:

Highlights priorities like innovation, market growth, or customer experience.

6. Enablers:

Details resources and capabilities - technology, talent, finances - that power ex*****on.

C) Ex*****on

7. Targets and Initiatives:

Sets actionable, measurable steps to drive progress.

8. Performance Indicators:

Defines KPIs to track success and effectiveness.

9. Strategy Map:

Aligns and communicates the strategy across the organization.

This framework helps leaders:

i) Define the company’s purpose.
ii) Craft a clear strategy to achieve goals.
iii) Execute it effectively.
