Keed the videographer

VIDEOGRAPHY AND EDITING
You can't make a complete videographer if you don't know how to edit and that's a fact;these two go hand in hand so go back to class.😬

Camera settings have huge impact on your final project and if not handled well you will mess up everything when it comes to editing especially colour grading more so if you are using LUTs to grade.

Before you call yourself a videographer, master settings that favour you or the editor when editing.Mtu anakuletea footage umueditie but exposure inaeza tumika k**a light Kwa nyumba 😂😂

A good setting is equal to 80% of your grade . A bad setting no LUT will save you.

Before we talk about those settings, do you agree with me or you are part of the "we will fix it in post" team?😅

Bottom line; A good videographer records with editing in mind 🦐

Church streamers you can avoid this one I know you are not familiar with Luts😂😂

Normal people at night: 😴
Video editors at night: “One last edit…” 🎬

A few small decisions can turn into hours of creative work.

Because great editing is all about the details.

every video editor dreams 💻💻💻

Academy Color Encoding System (Film & Television)

If you are into video editing, cinematography, or digital effects, you'll know this ACES.

What it is: A global standard for managing color throughout the entire life cycle of a motion picture or television production. Created by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences (yes, the Oscars people).

Why it matters: It ensures that no matter what camera shot the footage, or what monitor the editor is using, the colors remain consistent and look exactly how the director intended when it hits the big screen.
