The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership across departments, improve operational efficiency, drive profitability, manage staff performance, and ensure consistently high standards of customer service.

Requirements:

· Minimum diploma in HR , project management or a related field
· Strong English and Chichewa (written and spoken)
· Excellent client service and communication skills
· Experience in customer service is a plus
