Child rights belong to every child, regardless of their background, where they live, or whether they have a disability. Every child should be treated equally and have the opportunity to enjoy and benefit from all their rights without discrimination.

This was a message of gratitude from Bandawe School for the Hearing Impairment’s Deputy Headteacher . We are encouraged by the positive impact that your support continues to make in the lives of these children. However, many children at the school still need assistance. If you are able to help, we would greatly appreciate your support our work. Donations of school uniforms, exercise books, clothing, shoes, and sanitary pads for girls can make a meaningful difference in helping these children access education. We sincerely thank everyone who continues to support our mission and stand with us in creating brighter futures for these children.

Today, 4 June, Together We Rise Foundation joins the world in commemorating the International Day of Innocent Children Victims of Aggression.

This important day reminds us of the need to protect children from violence, abuse, conflict, and all forms of suffering. Every child deserves love, safety, education, and the opportunity to grow in a peaceful environment.

Together We Rise Foundation remains committed to promoting child protection, hope, and a brighter future for all children. Let us all play our part in creating a safe and caring society where every child can thrive.

Education is a fundamental right for every child, including children with disabilities. Seeing this boy in school and hearing his gratitude for receiving a school uniform was a reminder that children are grateful for every support they receive to access education. His smile reflected hope. We must continue to advocate for inclusive education so that every child has the chance to learn, thrive, and reach their full potential.

The girl expressed gratitude for the school uniform. This is why we do the work, to make children happy and to help them access education.

Today, we visited Bandawe School for the Hearing Impaired to donate school uniforms to five learners with support from Lynn Brown. During our previous visit to the school, we noticed that some learners did not have uniforms, so we returned to support them.

We believe that every child, including those with disabilities, deserves the support they need to access education. It was wonderful to see the children happy, and we hope this support will enhance their learning experience.
