Replacing a damaged EC CHIP with a good one. The other one was reading 027 on continuity testing and the board was not turning on.
This was damaged due to a shorted 3.3V regulator.
After replacing it, the board powered successfully.

Removing EC(super Input/Output Controller ) Chip. and
Finally, fixed. The customer thought it was BIOS issues but after proper diagnosis we told him that we need to fix RAM SLOT and 1.8v inductor. Here it is! FIXED SUCCESSFULLY
