Spring things 🌸…….Tivoli knew I was coming 🤓🎆
Exactly one year ago I released “pretty in pink” and it cemented an era of bolder lyricism for me….and a lot of comments concluding I’m a home wrecker 😅...even though no such thing happened…but it happened to resonate with a lot of people who have had affairs. There were a lot of moments where I wanted to defend myself, but at the end of the day it’s not my business how people choose to interpret my lyrics and I’m just happy if my songs resonate with someone 💜 So, thank you to anyone who pressed play on this song and who shared their heartbreak with me 🫶
